| Many V-max model feature a shaft drive with short final gear, the engine revs above redline in 5th gear, especially if a 17-inch wheel is installed. We offer a modified shaft drive with longer final gear. Under full throttle the engine revs approx. 500 rpm less (at equal high speed). In addition the drive pinoin gear bearing (a typical shaft drive weakness) is replaced with a reinforced item. |
